If the armpit rash is a result of some chemicals present in the various sanitary products or deodorants that one uses, then one should switch to another brand immediately.

Very often those who are keen to know how to get rid of armpit rash are also advised to modify their diet by minimizing their intake of spicy foods. This is because spicy foods are known to aggravate rashes and pimples. Additionally, eating spicy foods also induces perspiration which may further worsen the underarm rash.
