You can get rid of those ugly black rings under your eyes by applying rose water. Soak cotton eye pads in pure rose water for a few minutes. It can be applied on the closed eyes to relax the eyes and rejuvenate them.

Another way to relax exhausted eyes and reduce the dark circles is to place cool cucumber slices over the eyes. Take 2 slices of fresh refrigerated cucumber and place it on your eyes for 25 minutes. Blend of honey and almond oil is a great cure for dark circles and under eye bags. Massaging the skin around the eyes gently using the mixture is beneficial for relaxing the eyes as well as reducing the dark circles.

Mix one teaspoon of tomato juice with one-half teaspoon of lemon juice. It can be applied to the dark circles or the blemishes around your eyes. Repeating this remedy twice a day is beneficial for reducing the dark circles.

Take one tablespoon of lemon juice, a pinch of turmeric powder, and a little gram flour. and make a paste. Apply it on the eye circles regularly to lighten the dark circles.

In addition to this, it is important to include a healthy proportion of Vitamin C and Vitamin A in your diet to promote the health of the eyes and skin. It is also crucial to consume adequate liquids in the form of water and fresh fruit juices to keep the body and skin naturally hydrated and to get adequate exercise and at least eight hours of relaxed sleep daily.
